Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of 99bed is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which they maintain an active account on the Platform.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access the Platform, deposit funds, place bets, participate in games, or claim any promotional offer. 99bed operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held in that account will be subject to forfeiture pending investigation. Personal Capacity

One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account with 99bed. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the duplicate accounts.

Account Registration

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Anti-Money Laundering

Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request relating to those funds can be processed. Bets placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering, or bets placed using real money funds, will not contribute toward the wagering requirement on a bonus.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who are found to be using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus funds forfeited. 99bed reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus offer at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse of the promotional system.
Expiry of Bonus Funds
Bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without prior notice. Real money funds deposited by the player are not affected by bonus expiry.

Collusion and Cheating

Accounts found to be engaged in any form of cheating will be immediately closed and all funds held in those accounts will be forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct toward 99bed staff or other platform users.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or degrades the performance or availability of the Platform for other users.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
This list is not exhaustive. 99bed reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct not explicitly listed above constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Section 8
Account Closure & Termination
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your 99bed account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 99bed will process any pending withdrawal of your real money balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion

Closure by 99bed
99bed reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, provision of false information, or any other conduct deemed by 99bed to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of closure due to breach of these Terms, 99bed may withhold some or all of the balance held in the account pending investigation. 99bed will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the account holder in writing via their registered email address.
Effect of Termination
Upon the closure or termination of your account — whether voluntary or initiated by 99bed — your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions, the limitation of liability clause, and the dispute resolution provisions, shall continue to apply after termination.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 99bed reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts, provided that at least 30 days' advance notice has been given to the account holder via their registered email address. If the real money balance of a dormant account reaches zero, the account may be closed by 99bed at its discretion.
Self-exclusion can be activated from your account settings at any time. Requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. This tool is designed to provide genuine protection for players who need a break.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. 99bed's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, bonus calculation, or account transaction, you must first raise the matter with the 99bed support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. 99bed will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the escalation procedure communicated to you in the response.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
